Research has shown that physical exercise and a healthy nutritional lifestyle is vital during and after your pregnancy.  A woman’s body goes through a variety of changes while pregnant, as well as after the new baby is born. 

 

Whether your goal is to continue your fitness routine during and after pregnancy, starting a new fitness routine, or losing excess baby weight after the pregnancy, the RESULTS Team will optimize a program to help you meet your individual goals in as little as 6 weeks.

 

The first step is an individual consultation and detailed fitness assessment.  Nutritional counseling will also be provided.  Your goals and current fitness level are the basis for creating your personalized workout.  The RESULTS Team will keep you on track by continually challenging you while ensuring the safety of you and your baby.

 

Here at RESULTS we use innovative training techniques while incorporating progressive and incremental increases so that every workout delivers RESULTS.
