As a former member of the National Taekwondo Team of Belgium, Themo Melikidze graduated from an all-athletics school, Vrij Handels & Sports Institute in Sports & Science.
Both in Europe and United States, Themo has worked with clients reaching and maintain their goals.

Jade Gonzalez
is a modern professional and skilled multidisciplinary dancer. Jade brings her years of education and experience to Result’s Studio, offering clients unique dance-inspired sequences that emphasize proper alignment, balance, and core engagement. Her greatest passions lie in people, learning, and hand-raising when it comes to acts of service. Personal training is one of them.

Jordan Belish

Jordan has been a personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach for nearly 20 years. His enthusiasm for fitness and athletics all started while playing baseball and basketball throughout his youth. His extra work in the gym led to increased performance on the field and court, which naturally led to a fascination with fitness.
The start of his career sparked an unrelenting curiosity about how the human body works. This led to dozens of courses and workshops through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), the Equinox Fitness Training Institute (EFTI), and many others.

Throughout his career, Jordan has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from brand new beginners to advanced athletes. He's also put his methods into practice by competing in Olympic Weightlifting and Strongman competitions. His high-level methods and programming have had success for fat loss, strength gain, injury rehab, sport performance, and any other fitness goal."

She’s been an expert in the industry for 30 yrs and prides herself in her ability to really get to know her clients and understand their individual needs to get them to reach their fitness goals.
She has a list of fitness certifications including PNF stretching … try a stretch session with her. She’s truly a healer.
Jay Bednar
With over 15 years of experience in personal training and nutrition coaching, Jay Bednar combines his B.A. in Psychology and extensive graduate coursework in Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, and Nutrition. He holds multiple certifications from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and has a strong background in bodybuilding and powerlifting.
Jay's passion lies in helping individuals achieve their full potential by creating personalized health and fitness programs tailored to their needs and goals.
