As a former professional athlete in the field of Greco-Roman wrestling for over
20 years, I’ve become very acquainted with the human body and ways to get the
most results in a very short period of time. When getting certified as a personal
trainer, you go thru a very basic course of biomechanics, nutrition and exercise
all designed for an average person. In my training programs I incorporate
exercises specific to Olympic athlete, modified to suit the needs of all people and
all ages. From boxing heavy bags to kettle bells, from sand bags to sledge hammers
on truck tires, everything is an exercising machine made to build muscle, tone up
and get the most efficient results. A great trainer should be able to give a full body
workout in a 3 square foot space with only a chair and his skill and knowledge to
come up with a challenging training program.
Exercises are subject to change, every workout is designed for each individual.
